This is the 13th year that IRATE has held vigils & protests at ICE facilities - this started back in 1998 when we [began] protesting at the Elizabeth Detention Center....
As you know, the [EDC detainees] have been transferred within the last week to Delaney Hall - this is where we will end up today...
